Dyer's is a family owned business started in 1967 by Mr. and Mrs. F.E. Dyer and their son Roy in Pampa, TX. In 1984 they expanded to Amarillo and have been serving up Bar B Que in Amarillo ever since. All of the mouth-watering recipes are made from scratch daily in Dyers kitchen. All of their meat is hand trimmed and hickory smoked on site. Dyer's has always prided itself on their family atmosphere. You should feel like family by the time you leave. Dyer's is easy to find at I-40 and Georgia (NW corner of Wellington Square).
